For those who want a complete, hands-off experience, our White Glove service handles everything. Send your luminaire back to us and our team inspects every single component — housing, heat sink, optics, driver, and finish.
We replace only what needs replacing and return your fixture performing like new. You receive a detailed bill for only the components that were swapped — nothing more. The housing, heat sink, and finish are all engineered to be reused indefinitely.

When your luminaire arrives at our facility, our team disassembles and inspects every single component — heat sink, housing, optics, driver, wiring, and finish. Nothing is overlooked.
The spent LED chip is responsibly disposed of through certified e-waste channels. The aluminum heat sink — which never degrades thermally — is cleaned, inspected, and recycled directly back into your fixture.
Any components that show wear are re-powdercoated to factory-new finish standards. Housings, trim rings, and bezels are restored or replaced as needed. You're billed only for what was actually swapped — full transparency, no surprises.
